Care Worker
This role offers the potential for an amazing and fulfilling experience. You will provide crucial care and support to our clients' customers in all aspects of their daily life. Build a unique trusting relationships with individuals from all walks of life, with different backgrounds and needs, lifestyles and personalities. Providing bespoke care experience, to enable a person to continue to enjoy fulfilling their live, for as long as possible while promoting their independence.

This important role brings challenges as well as rewards. Our clients look for people with a wide range of emotional and physical needs. You will need patience, compassion and an ability to listen well, so you can support someone to stay in touch with the things that really matter to them, even on the difficult days. Stamina to meet both the physical and emotional demands of providing care and support is also essential. You could be supporting a young person with a brain injury or a person who is near the end of their life. The ability to think clearly in a crisis and to keep calm is necessary to provide the best care.

You would be central to our mission of providing the best care services to meet the needs of our clients, whilst respecting each individuals preferences. We provide the training and practical supervision you need to do your job well. We can also support the development of specialist expertise in your chosen area such as dementia.
